MAXTON - Robert McRae, 37, of 801 S. Austin St. was arrested Friday under an order for arrest for one count of failure to appear in court, according to a sheriff’s report. McRae was placed under a $200 secured bond.

EAST LAURINBURG - Ernest Ward, 51, of 53 5th St. was issued a criminal summons Saturday for one count of writing worthless checks, according to a sheriff’s report.

LAUREL HILL - Kari Pate, 29, of 9380 Washington St.w as arrested Saturday under an order for arrest for one count of failure to appear in court, according to a sheriff’s report. Pate was placed under a $100 secured bond.

LAUREL HILL - James Pipkin, 43, of 14581 St. Johns Church Road was arrested Saturday under an order for arrest for one count of failure to appear in court, according to a sheriff’s report. Pipkin was placed under a $200 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Robert Brewer, 37, of 19811 Craig Lane was arrested Saturday under a warrant for one count of failure to appear in court, according to a sheriff’s report. Brewer was placed under a $100 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Alfonza McDougald, 34, of Aberdeen was arrested Saturday for one count of driving while license revoked, one count of driving with a fictitious registration plate, and one count of driving without insurance, according to a sheriff’s report. McDougald was placed under a $1,000 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - John Storey reported a breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny on West Lake Drive on Sunday, according to a sheriff’s report. Items stolen included two firearms and several credit cards.

LAURINBURG - Patrice McDougald, 22, of 311 Pitt St. was issued a criminal summons on Sunday for one count of injury to real property, according to a sheriff’s report.

GIBSON - Lamont York, 36, of 5581 Herndon St. was arrested Sunday under a warrant for one felony count of breaking and entering and one felony count of larceny after breaking and entering, according to a sheriff’s report. York was placed under a $5,000 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Terry Isrig reported a breaking and entering, larceny, and vandalism on Harold Morris Road on Sunday, according to a sheriff’s report. Item stolen included a Winchester rifle and two 15-inch Circle Y horse saddles.

LAURINBURG - Kenneth Carpenter reported a breaking and entering and larceny of copper wiring on Charles Craft Lane on Sunday.

GIBSON - Kenneth Jenkins, 26, of 6321 Apt. A X-Way Road was arrested Sunday for one count of failure to appear in court, one count of assault on a female, one count of larceny, and one count of communicating threats, according to a sheriff’s report. Jenkins was placed under a $1,000 secured bond.

LAUREL HILL - Calvin Adams, 31, of 11161 Rachel Drive was issued a criminal summons on Monday for two counts of injury to personal property and one count of injury to real property, according to a sheriff’s report.
