WAGRAM - Charles Ingram, 27, of 21380 McKay St. was arrested Monday under a warrant for 39 felony counts of statutory rape, according to a sheriff’s report. Ingram was placed under a $3 million secured bond.

LAUREL HILL - Shenetta Graham, 33, of 9180 Rockingham Road was arrested Monday under a warrant for one count of communicating threats and one count of assault with a deadly weapon, according to a sheriff’s report. Graham was released under a written promise to appear in court.

LAURINBURG - Donald Caulder, 25, of 7420 Crestline Road was arrested Monday under an order for arrest for one count of injury to real property, one count of misdemeanor larceny, and one count of assault on a female, according to a sheriff’s report. Caulder was placed under a $2,800 secured bond.

LAUREL HILL - James Nelson reported a larceny on Omah Hill Drive on Monday, according to a sheriff’s report. A gas grill valued at $100, assorted wiring, two satellite dishes, and steel siding were stolen.

LAUREL HILL - Alexander McDonald of Old Wire Road reported a burglary and larceny at his home on Monday, according to a sheriff’s report. Stolen were a Vista game system valued at $345, a PlayStation game valued at $30, a diamond ring, and various foreign coins.

LAUREL HILL - Kimberly Johnson of Matthews Street reported the larceny of a canine from her home on Monday, according to a sheriff’s report. The stolen dog is a black Labrador/German Shepherd cross.

LAURINBURG - Kevin McQueen, 27, of 16809 Brandon Road was arrested Tuesday under a warrant for one count of violating a domestic violence order, according to a sheriff’s report.

LAURINBURG - Wallace Caulder, 50, of 302 W. Church St. Apt. 4 was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday for one count of larceny, according to a sheriff’s report.
