US Air Force Lt Col. Gaylord “Gene” McFalls was recently honored with the NATO Electronic Warfare Award by the AOC, Association of Old Crows this year for duties in Iraq.
He is the son of George and Ila McFalls of Laurinburg.
McFalls served on Gen. Austin’s XVIII Corp staff in Iraq. He graduated from UNC Charlotte and commissioned in USAF.
