To the editor:
ENCORE! Theatre, Inc. would like to thank the Scotland County community for making “Night of the Wax Museum: The Musical” such a success. This production really put the “community” in community theatre. It featured more than 30 cast members and a behind-the-scenes crew of at least 10. Add in the audience, which totaled 400+ people over the 4 performances, and that is close to 450 people from our community who took part in this production. Amazing!!!
We have an incredible talent base here in Laurinburg and ENCORE! Theatre, Inc. strives to provide a venue where this talent can be showcased. We are dedicated to the idea that amateurs can produce a professional and high quality production. “Night at the Wax Museum: The Musical” was a great example of that commitment.
