Hometown boxer Jeremy Bethea will be taking part in a boxing event this weekend in Greensboro, N.C.

After a four year hiatus from the sport, Bethea returned on June 15th for a scheduled match with Deshawn Autry in a battle of 135-pounders. Bethea would register a first-round knockout.

On Saturday evening, it will be Bethea’s first match since that June 15th evening in Charlotte.

Bethea will be facing fellow 135-pound boxer Kobelman Williams, who has a career record of 4-2. The fight is scheduled to take place at the Downtown Greensboro Marriott Hotel ballroom located at 304 Greene Street.

Gates will open at 7:30 p.m. for the fight, with a bell time set for 8:15. Tickets are $25 at the door.
