LAURINBURG - Karon Harrington, 19, of 1178 South Pine St. was arrested Tuesday for one count of possession of a stolen handgun, one count of trespassing, and one count of probation violation, according to a police report. Harrington was placed under no bond.

LAURINBURG - Rashawn McInnis, 29, of 336 East Vance St. was arrested Wednesday for one count of possession with intent to sell and deliver crack cocaine, one count of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, one count of resist delay or obstruct, and one count of driving with an open container of alcohol, according to a police report. McInnis was placed under a $30,000 secured bond.

MARSTON - Jeffery Dial, 25, of 10561 Gum Swamp Road was arrested Wednesday for one felonious count of manufacturing Schedule VI controlled substances and one felonious count of maintaining a dwelling for the manufacturing of controlled substances, according to a sheriff’s report. Dial was placed under no bond.

LAURINBURG - Carolyn Douglas, 30, of 12660 Southwood Drive was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday for one count of placing harassing phone calls, according to a sheriff’s report.

LAURINBURG - Joseph Fennell, 17, of 7160 Crestline Road was arrested Wednesday for one felonious count of first degree burglary, one felonious count of attempted second degree rape, and one felonious count of conspiracy, according to a sheriff’s report. Fennell was placed under a $50,000 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Terence McRae, 38, of 16080 Bronco Drive was arrested Thursday under a warrant for one count of injury to real property and one count of domestic crime, according to a sheriff’s report. McRae was placed under no bond.

LAURINBURG - Mark Fields, 30, of 1301B Tara Drive was arrested Thursday under an order for arrest for one count of failure to appear in court, according to a sheriff’s report. Fields was placed under a $100 secured bond.
