The Sheriff's office allegedly caught a Gibson man with ecstasy, according to a Sheriff's report.
Phillip John Graham, 19, of Herndon Street, was arrested and charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possessing drug equipment or paraphernalia and having a fictitious registration plate, according to the report.
The report indicated that a unit of ecstasy was found on Gibson.
Graham was placed in Scotland County jail under a $25,000 secured bond.
State records show that Graham has already spent a year and nine months in incarceration for breaking and entering, larceny, assault on an officer, speeding to elude arrest, possessing with the intent to sell and failure to stop for sirens.
While in prison, Graham was cited for 16 infractions, including possessing a weapon, fighting, threatening staff and assaulting staff.
Man arrested for PWISD
An alleged drug dealer was taken into custody last week, according to a Sheriff's report.
The report said 23-year old Charles Christopher Ingram, of Barnhill Circle in Laurinburg, was arrested and charged with possession with the intent to sell and deliver a schedule II controlled subance and a schedule VI controlled substance, as well as failure to appear in court.
Ingram is in Scotland County jail under a $16,000 bond.
Alleged burglar nabbed by SCSO
A 23-year old woman was arrested as an alleged burglar, according to a Sheriff's report.
Brandi Nicole Gibson, of Jackson Street in Laurinburg, is charged with burglary - forcible entry and larceny, according to the report.
The report said Gibson was placed in Scotland County jail under a $10,000 bond.
Deputies arrest Laurinburg man for B&E
The Sheriff's office arrested a Laurinburg man for breaking and entering, according to an arrest report.
The report said that Sean Michael Yahne, 35, of East Covington Street, is charged with breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering.
Yahne was placed in Scotland County jail under a $10,000 secured bond.
Yahne spent 10 months in prison for hit and run, failure to stop for sirens, larceny of firearms and larceny of dogs, according to state records. He has also been on probation before for breaking and entering and larceny.
Laurinburg man arrested for assault, threats
A 53-year old Laurinburg man was arrested for assault and communicating threats, according to a Sheriff's report.
The report said that Daniel McDonald, of McLaughlin Road, is charged with two counts of communicating threats and one count each of assault on a female and simple assault.
The complainants on the report were Yolanda McDonald, Linda Gates and Antonio McDonald.
The report did not list bond information.
