Mr. and Mrs. Larry W. Gibson of Matthews are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Erin Elizabeth Gibson to John Taylor Parks. They will be married on May 19, 2012.
The bride is the granddaughter of Mrs. Cary Harris, formerly of Laurinburg, and Mr. Horace B. Gibson of Laurel Hill. The groom is the son of Ms. Deborah G. Parks and Mr. David Parks.
