Laurinburg police have arrested two men for a shooting in December.
Courtney Jamar McCrimmon, 20, and Quenton D. McNair, 18, were charged with assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill and shooting into and occupied vehicle.
McCrimmon, of Mountain Laurel Lane, Charlotte, and McNair, of Sally McNair Road, Laurinburg, were each placed in Scotland County jail under a $10,000 bond.
According to officials, McCrimmon and McNair got into an argument with Otha Rucker after Rucker found the men standing at his vehicle talking to his girlfriend.
Officials report that one of the men shot Rucker in the hand.
Three arrested as burglars
Deputies arrested three teenagers in two separate breaking and entering cases.
According to a sheriff's report, Primus Carlton Lee, 19, and a 16-year old were each charged with breaking and entering, larceny and felony conspiracy.
Lee, of Smith Road in Gibson, and the 16-year old were each placed in Scotland County jail under a $5,000 secured bond, the report said.
A 17-year old from Laurel Hill was also charged with larceny, breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and felony conspiracy, according to another report.
He was placed in Scotland County jail under a $12,000 secured bond, according to the report.
Laurinburg teen turns himself in
A teenager surrendered to police after he was accused of shooting into someone's vehicle, according to a police report.
The report said Antonio Damion "Pee Wee" Ellerbe, 18, has been charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle.
Ellerbe, of Covenant Way in Laurinburg, was placed in Scotland County jail under a $16,000 bond, the report said.
