Staff report

The Pilot Club of Laurinburg has adopted three classrooms for Autistic Children at North Laurinburg School.

Each teacher was given $300.00 each to be used for her classroom needs. Cassidy Bolton has a new classroom.

Catherine Pinkston and Cassidy Bolton will be sharing their supplies. Their needs include art supplies, incentive supplies, technology software, and creative classroom materials to enhance learning and communication. Carol Shelley expressed that she will use the funds for much needed computer software and to help finance two special field trips.

Each teacher praised the Pilot Club for helping them with their much needed supplies in their classrooms.

The Pilot Club has also adopted a project this year to help with supplies needed in the Adaptive Physical Education Program for Exceptional Children in Scotland County Schools. Instructor Larry Lee was presented a check for $500.
