Dunbar
Elizabeth Dunbar, a student at Scotland High School, recently served as a page for the North Carolina House of Representatives.
She is the daughter of Wade and Beth Dunbar of Laurinburg and was sponsored by Rep. Ken Goodman of Richmond County.
Speaker of the House Thom Tillis appoints the pages and introduces each one to members and visitors in the House gallery at the start of each week during Monday night’s session.
Pages spend a week at the General Assembly assisting members and their staff and learning about the structure of North Carolina government.
