LAURINBURG — Two Laurinburg residents have been recognized for their work at apartment properties in Raeford and Maxton.

Vickie Sanford, site manager at Raeford’s Woodcreek Village Apartments for six years, was recognized as a district award winner by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and NC Rural Development. The award honors outstanding service in all areas of site management.

Tim Hunt, who has served Maxton’s Baldwin Place and Brookside Apartments as maintenance caretaker for five years, also received a district award, which honors outstanding service in all areas of site maintenance.

Sanford and Hunt will be recognized at a company luncheon.

Woodcreek Village Apartments, Baldwin Place, and Brookside Apartments are owned by Partnership Property Management in Greensboro.
