LAURINBURG — Fighting Scots junior Niem Ratliffe has another accolade to add to his impressive resume — being named second-team All-District 8. The Scots junior was second in the SEC in scoring with 18.4 points per game and steals with 2.7. Ratliffe led the Scots in scoring with 405 points this season to go along with 59 total steals and 56 assists.
