Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013 at Franklin Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church, officiated by Dr. Paul Murphy. Burial will follow in the Scotland Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife Willa Fowler of the home, seven children: William Fowler Jr., Robert Fowler, Stanley Fowler, Charles Fowler, and Boyd Fowler, David Worrell, and Sandra Worrell, sisters Blanche Smalls and Lois Batts, and seven grandchildren.
Morris Funeral Home is serving the family.
