Sweet Mocha’s owner had one use for her — breeding pups. When they got a new dog to do the breeding, they surrendered her to the shelter. To Mocha, the shelter is a welcome relief from her past 3 years, where she is now protected from the elements and never has to worry about raising anymore puppies. She has a very gentle, humble manner, loves to snuggle and walks well on a leash. We took her over to our “next door neighbors”, the folks at Scotland County EMS where she loved meeting new people and getting cuddles and hugs. She has a shiny, chocolate coat, with snowy white marks under her chin and on her bib. Mocha has been at the shelter for over a month without any interest. There is someone out there who is wanting to give this girl the love and kindness she deserves.
The adoption fee for our dogs is $90, which includes spaying/neutering, introductory immunizations and a microchip.
