LAURINBURG - Jeff Brody of Sallie McNair Road reported a breaking and entering and larceny at his home on Monday, according to a sheriff’s report. Items stolen included prescription medications, a 2500-watt Coleman generator valued at $900, a Leap Pad valued at $150, and a 1,000-watt power inverter valued at $150.

LAUREL HILL - Dollar General on Ida Mill Road reported a larceny on Tuesday, according to a sheriff’s report. Assorted clothing items and perfume were stolen.

LAURINBURG - Bryat Locklear, 24, of 9661 Cedar Lane was arrested Tuesday under an order for arrest for one count of failure to appear in court, according to a sheriff’s report. Locklear was placed under a $500 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - James Malloy, 24, of 1003 S. Caledonia Road was arrested Tuesday for one count of driving while license revoked, according to a sheriff’s report. Malloy was placed under a $1,000 secured bond.
