The viewing will be held from 6-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2012 at Purcell Funeral Home in Laurinburg. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012 at Spring Branch Baptist Church in Wagram. Burial will follow in Matthews/Spring Branch Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife Barbara E. Singletary, son Robert Rogers, daughter Barbara Singletary, brothers Robert Singletary and Jerry McLean, and sisters Lillie Singletary, Nancie Singletary, and Mazzie Singletary.
