LAURINBURG - David Alford, 37, of 16241 Hillcrest Ave. was arrested Monday under a warrant for one felony count of kidnapping, one felony count of assault with a deadly weapon, and one felony count of robbery with a dangerous weapon, according to a sheriff’s report. Alford was placed under a $45,000 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Chassidy McKinnon, 26, of McColl, S.C. was arrested Monday under a warrant for one count of assault and battery, according to a sheriff’s report. McKinnon was released under a written promise to appear in court.

LAURINBURG - Rudolph Christian, 48, of 11060 Barnes Bridge Road was arrested Monday for one count of driving while intoxicated, one count of driving while license revoked, and one count of providing fictitious information, according to a sheriff’s report. Christian was placed under a $1,00 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Dana Goins, 35, of 702 Pineview Circle was arrested Monday under an order for arrest for two counts of failure to appear in court, according to a sheriff’s report. Goins was placed under a $2,100 secured bond.
