LAUREL HILL - Ricky Milligan, 35, of 6444 Andrew Jackson Highway was arrested Tuesday under a warrant for one count of sexual battery and one count of assault on a female, according to a sheriff’s report. Milligan was released under a written promise to appear in court.

LAURINBURG - April Collins, 35, of 12380 Benton Drive was arrested Tuesday under a warrant for one count of communicating threats, according to a sheriff’s report. Collins was released under a written promise to appear in court.

LAURINBURG - Evelyn Clark of Cameron Street reported a larceny from a motor vehicle at his home on Wednesday, according to a sheriff’s report. Four rims and tires were stolen.
