LAUREL HILL - Drayson Deese, 28, of 21281 Crawford Lake Road was arrested Thursday under an order for arrest for one count of fishing without a license and one count of driving while license revoked, according to a sheriff’s report. Deese was placed under a $1,500 bond.

GIBSON - Lonnie Bell, 48, of 4260 Main St. was issued a criminal summons on Thursday for one count of injury to personal property, one count of assault with a deadly weapon, and one count of communicating threats, according to a sheriff’s report.

LAURINBURG - Peggy Turner of Marston Road reported a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle on her property and the larceny of a firearm on Thursday, according to a sheriff’s report.

LAURINBURG - Hattie Richardson of North Turnpike Road reported a larceny at her home on Thursday, according to a sheriff’s report. Stolen items included dress suits valued at $800, 20 gold pieces valued at $70,000, 18 wheat coins valued at $2,200, other collectible coins, and a .25 automatic handgun valued at $200.
