MAXTON - Robin Bullard, 48, of 11 Cheryl Lynn Drive was arrested Monday for one felony count of possession of crack cocaine and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a sheriff’s report. Bullard was placed under a $2,500 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Julian Burns, 34, of Red Springs was arrested Monday under a warrant for two felony counts of breaking and entering, two felony counts of larceny after breaking and entering, one felony count of breaking and entering to a motor vehicle, and one count of larceny, according to a sheriff’s report. Burns was placed under a $25,00 secured bond.
