Fulton
Laurinburg native Joe Fulton was sworn in as an attorney by Superior Court Judge Richard Brown on Sept. 26.
Fulton now works for the Law Office of William R. Purcell, II where he handles personal injury claims, trusts and estates, business formations and business law, real estate and traffic offenses.
“I feel very lucky to have an attorney with Bill’s experience to show me the ropes,” Fulton said.
After graduating from Scotland High School in 2005, Fulton studied at the University of North Carolina and completed his law degree at Elon University this May.
