Charles and Savanna Fowler of Raeford announce the birth of a son, Kenneth Travis, on Nov. 1 at Moore Regional Hospital. The baby weighed five pounds, 13 ounces at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Kenneth Fowler and Emily Whitt of Wagram. Paternal grandparents are Amanda and Roger Leviner of Wagram. The mother is the former Savanna Leviner of Wagram.

The family includes a two-year old daughter, Lidia.
