LAURINBURG - Dominique Shaquille Mason, 19, was arrested Friday for one count of possession of a firearm by a felon, according to a police report. Mason was placed under a $10,000 bond.

LAURINBURG - Taborah Roberts, 32, of 18820 Grant St. was arrested Tuesday under an order for arrest for one count of failure to appear in court, according to a sheriff’s report. Roberts was placed under a $200 secured bond.

LAUREL HILL - Rosalind Mitchell of Otter Way reported the larceny of a firearm from a vehicle at her home on Tuesday, according to a sheriff’s report. A Winchester rifle was stolen.

LAUREL HILL - Windstream reported the larceny of copper wire on Marston Road on Tuesday, according to a sheriff’s report.

MAXTON - Smith Lockear, 35, of 1132 Clark Road was arrested Wednesday under a warrant for three felonious counts of larceny of a firearm, according to a sheriff’s report.
