Would seem that Mr. sessoms does not learn from his mistakes, would also seem he needs to be put on a very short leash to be watch very closely. Why does the great hometown of laurinburg have to put up with these kind of people? With as many times as he has been put before the courts, it would seem something could be done to put his actions in check!
