Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 7, 2012 at Fletcher Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Laurinburg, officiated by the Rev. Dorothy Anderson. Burial will follow in Scotland Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughters Anitha Covington, Theresa (Joseph) Jackson, and Betty (Anthony) Hill of New York, three brothers, seven sisters including special sister Martha Covington Lee of Laurinburg, six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 7-8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012 at McPhatter Funeral Home Chapel in Laurel Hill.
