The Scotland County HIV Education and Resource Team (H.E.A.R.T.) will present its annual World AIDS program and candlelight vigil on Nov. 29.
The program will take place in the education room within the Scotland County Department of Public Health at 1405 West Boulevard, Laurinburg.
The program starts at 5:30 p.m. and ends at 7 p.m. Light refreshments will be served from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. during a meet and greet. Starting at 6:15 p.m., Antioch Drama Team from Rowland followed by the Galilee United Methodist Church’s mime team will perform.
