Cronly St, Laurinburg, NC 28352 Cost: Free (Request donations to cover the cost of lunch) Sponsor: Scotland County Beekeepers Additional Information: This workshop is for everyone that is thinking about becoming a beekeeper. Instructors will share the history of beekeeping, background, equipment & products involved with beekeeping. We will cover how to get started, when to get started & where to get supplys. We will assemble a hive and frames & show the use of beekeeping equipment. Weather permitting, we will have a live hive on site to demonstrate. Class limited to the first 40 students.
