Crime report for Dec. 6

LAURINBURG — Hurbert Jacobs, 42, of 802 Ashley Drive was arrested for trespassing, according to a police report. He was held in the Scotland County jail under a $1,000 bond.
LAURINBURG — Shawnte McMillan, 32, of 1730 McGirt Gin Road in Maxton was arrested for failure to appear in court and held in the Scotland County jail under a $2,000 bond, according to a police report.
LAURINBURG — Gary Parker Jr., 23, and Lee Smith, 23, of 16081 Frances Road in Gibson were arrested Wednesday and each charged with a misdemeanor larceny, according to a sheriff’s report.
LAURINBURG — Michael McIntyre, 20, of McDuffie Village received an order for arrest on Tuesday at the sheriff’s office and held under a $100 bond, according to a sheriff’s report.
LAURINBURG — Alfonzo Clark, 36, of Carver Street received a criminal summons on Tuesday to appear in court for failure to return a rental, according to a sheriff’s report.
LAURINBURG — Zulaykah Lemon of Mills Lee Road reported Thursday that around 2:45 a.m. someone broke into her home while she was still inside, according to a police report. The thief took her cell phone and a hammer, valued at about $120 combined. Damages to the home were estimated at about $700.
LAURINBURG — Donald Morgan of McFarland Road reported Wednesday that someone kicked in the back door to his residence and took two televisions and a shot gun, according to a sheriff’s report. The estimated value of the items stolen are $670.
LAUREL HILL — Phillip Cox reported Thursday that someone broke into a convenience store at 9240 Old Wire Road and stole about $555 worth of cigarettes and damaged a glass door valued at $500, according to a sheriff’s report.
LAURINBURG — Juanita Douglas of Peeles Chapel Road reported a larceny on Wednesday, according to a police report. She rented a room at the Scotland Inn on Nov. 25 and checked out the next day. On Nov. 27 she realized that she left money and a handgun in the room she was in and notified the hotel but no one could locate the missing items.
LAURINBURG — Walter Rogers of Hasty Road reported on Wednesday that someone stole two air conditioning units from his home that are valued at about $600, according to a sheriff’s report.
EAST LAURINBURG — Antonio Henderson reported Tuesday that someone scratched the exterior of his 2013 Hyundai Sonata, according to a sheriff’s report. The cost of damage caused to the vehicle is valued at $500.
