Crime report for Nov. 13
LAURINBURG — Alexander Breeden, 57, of 350 Sawdust Lane was arrested on a warrant for larceny on Monday, according to a police report. He was located on South Pine Street when officers served him with the warrant.
LAURINBURG — Bert Lattaker, 32, of 1044 Patrick Drive in Fayetteville was arrested at the magistrate’s office at the sheriff’s department on Monday, according to a police report. He was served with an outstanding order for arrest for failure to appear in court and was held under a $200 bond.
LAUREL HILL — Frances Milligan, 58, of 126 Homeward Drive in Hamlet was arrested on sight at a Family Dollar on Monday, according to a sheriff’s report. Milligan had taken an assortment of items from the store valued around $70 without paying for them. She was charged with larceny and held under a $1,000 bond.
LAUREL HILL — Douglas Sheppard, 46, of 9340 Pate Street was served with a warrant for his arrest on Monday, according to a sheriff’s report. Sheppard was charged with two misdemeanor counts of vandalism, one count of harassing phone calls and one count of second degree trespassing.
LAURINBURG — David Cox of Cox Automotive on East Church Street reported that someone stole a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse from the property, according to a police report.
LAURINBURG — Linda Gilmore reported that someone broke into a residence on Spruce Street on Monday, according to a police report. Nothing was taken but some items had been moved around in the house.
LAURINBURG — Shelean Bland of R Graham Street reported on Monday that someone forced open the front door of the residence but nothing seemed to be missing, according to a police report.
LAURINBURG — Kimberly Fugate of Gibson Road reported Monday that someone entered her residence and stole a television and surround sound valued at about $1,950, according to a sheriff’s report.
