MAXTON —King Graham, 27, of 5700 Rockingham Road was arrested Monday under a governor’s warrant, which is used to return wanted criminals to the state in which they were charged with a crime, according to a sheriff’s report. Graham is being held without bond.


LAURINBURG — Crystal Locklear, 34, of 4941 Stateline Road was arrested Monday under an order for arrest, according to a sheriff’s report. Locklear was placed under a $1,000 secured bond.


MARSTON — Queen David reported a breaking and entering into a motor vehicle on Branch Road on Sunday, according to a sheriff’s report.


EAST LAURINBURG — Tommy English reported a breaking and entering and larceny on Andrew Jackson Highway on Monday, according to a sheriff’s report. Two bicycles were reported stolen.


GIBSON — Kirmet Locklear reported that someone took an orange Kuhn hay tiller from a field on Walters Road on Monday, according to a sheriff’s report.
