PEMBROKE — Several Scotland County residents were among the Spring 2014 graduates of the University of North Carolina Pembroke, who received their bachelor’s and master’s degrees in a recent ceremony.

Their names and degrees are listed below.

Bachelor’s of arts: Joshua Ryan Lane, American Indian Studies; Patricia Howell McCain, English; Jamacia Arice McCrimmon, criminal justice; Shaunte Joanne Scarboro, criminal justice and Samone Kontrella Terry, criminal justice.

Bachelor’s of science are Michael C. Parker, information technology; Gregory Trent Eldridge, health and physical education, K-12; Michael Wayne Leazer, exercise and sport science; Jessica Paige Shelley, exercise and sport science; Matthew Wright Adams, exercise and sport science; Michael J. Giannini, exercise and sport science; Dale Locklear, elementary education; Mary Caroline Marsh, special education and Kristen Peele ReVille, business administration.

Bachelor’s of science in nursing: Sandra S. Oxendine; James Robert Bromley-Turner; Elizabeth Paige McInnis and Esther Lillian Stubbs-Rush.

Bachelor’s of social work: Sheretha Oneda Manice Barrios.

Master’s of arts in education: Charles Moye Nabors, school counseling and Stephanie Hughey Tyson, reading education.

Master’s of social work: Tina Sherell Manning and Iasia Sheaneen Wells.
