LAURINBURG — A Scotland County deputies have arrested a man that they say had $46,000 in cocaine and marijuana.

George Thomas Goins, Jr., is charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and maintaining a drug dwelling.

The charges come after deputies conducted a bust Monday morning at a home on First Street, according to Scotland County Sheriff Ralph Kersey.

The estimated street value of the drugs was $46,000.

Goins is being held at the Scotland County Detention Center.
