LAURINBURG — A 39-year-old man was arrested on Father’s Day after he entered a residence uninvited and began touching himself in front of a 14-year-old, according to Laurinburg police.
Henry L. Monley is charged with felonious indecent liberties with a child and felonious indecent exposure. According to Laurinburg Assistant Police Chief Cliff Sessoms, Monley’s true address is unknown as he is known to reside temporarily at several locations.
