March 28, 2014

LAURINBURG — The St. Andrews University Writers’ Forum will hold an Open Mic this Thursday beginning at 8 p.m. in the Ronald H. Bayes Writers’ Forum Lounge in Orange Residence Hall on the University’s campus.

“This traditional allows for all writers to share with a community of their creative peers,” said Dr. Ted Wojtasik, faculty advisor of the Forum. “We invite poets, musicians, fiction writers and non-fiction writers from the area to come out to share their talent.”

Those interested in sharing their work may sign up the night of the reading with student host Darian Cahill. Readings are limited to between five and seven minutes to allow all readers an opportunity to share.
